I am a Chemical Engineering PhD candidate at University of California, Riverside (UCR). My research focuses on the intersection of chemical energy conversion and material science, specifically in tuning nanostructured materials for high-energy applications. I am very grateful to be supervised by Dr. Michael Zachariah at UCR.

I specialize in the synthesis of energetic materials and studying interface their high temperature reaction kinetics and mechanism. By uncovering fundamental structure-property-activity relationships, my work aims to push the boundaries of tailorable energy solutions.

I work in a high paced result driven cross functional teams where I have conceived, executed and managed research initiatives and led multiple projects from initial conceptualization through successful execution. To date, my contributions include 11+ published papers in high-impact journals, with 4+ additional manuscripts currently in development.

I am honored to be a recipient of the UC Riverside Dissertation Program Fellowship for research and academic excellence.

Beyond research, I am an avid long-distance runner and took part in Orange County half marathon 2025 and currently training for Los Angeles 2026 full marathon. Besides, I am also a night sky photographer. My passion for astro landscape photography takes me to distant places to image Milky Way, Meteors, and the Northern Lights.
